Here's the "traditional" layout.. Same holes, but just played in a different order.

All holes are white PVC pipe with the exception of Hole 6 which is a tree with black tape and Hole 13 which is a hanging stick. The tees are not yet marked, but the map gives a good indication and the hole by hole description on the blog is helpful as well.
